BELLEVUE, Wash.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–
Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE:TRNO)a acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major U.S. coastal markets, today announced that it has entered into agreements to host rooftop solar projects in Washington, D.C., with an aggregate power generation capacity of 8 .4 MW, an equivalent capacity to supply more than 700 homes.

The company expects the projects to be operational in 2023 as part of Terreno Realty Corporation’s sustainability goal of rooftop solar on at least 5% of total rooftop area by the end of the year 2024.

Terreno Realty Corporation acquires, owns and operates industrial real estate in six major US coastal markets: Los Angeles; Northern New Jersey/New York City; San Francisco Bay Area; Seattle; Miami; and Washington, D.C.
