New York, June 24, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — SK Growth Opportunities Corporation (the “Company”), a blank check corporation formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share capital exchange, acquisition of assets, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses, priced its initial public offering of 20,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit on June 23 June 24, 2022. The Units will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) and trade under the ticker symbol “SKGRU” beginning June 24, 2022. Each Unit consists of one Class A common stock of the Company and half a warrant. Each whole warrant entitles its holder to purchase one Class A common share of the Company at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to adjustment, and only whole warrants are exercisable.
