SOUTHLAKE, TX, March 9, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Saber Corporation (“Sabre”) (Nasdaq: SABR) announced today the refinancing of part of its existing debt. Saber has not incurred any additional debt as a result of the refinancing beyond the refinanced amount, other than amounts covering certain interest, fees and expenses.
