FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC) announced that Bethwyn-Toddvice president of FMC and president of FMC Asia Pacific, has decided to leave the company for health reasons. Pramod ThotaPresident of FMC UNITED STATESwill succeed Todd as President of FMC Asia Pacific Region. In line with his new responsibilities, Thota was elected Vice-Chairman of the FMC, effective July, 1stby the company’s board of directors.

In his new role, Thota will report to Douglas and transfer within the company. Asia Pacific regional headquarters in Singapore. He joined FMC in 2012 as Director of Strategy and Development, and in 2014 was named Chief Commercial Officer of FMC’s non-agricultural business, Global Specialty Solutions. Thota became chairman of FMC India in 2017, and early last year was appointed chairman of FMC UNITED STATES
